Design and Build are recruiting for a Maintenance Manager on behalf of a successful medium density builder in Melbourne.

Our clients are looking for a Maintenance Manager who has experience in leading teams in warranty/maintenance departments.

About the role 

- Manage a team of 5 people.
- Sites are located all over VIC.
- Medium-density projects.
- Reporting to the Building Manager.
- A mix of site and office based work.

Skills & experience 

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a volume or medium-density managerial role.
-  Ability to read and interpret plans.
- Minimum of 3 + years experience in the residential construction space
