Maintenance Manager

A large luxury hospitality property in the Bela Bela region is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep, servicing, and smooth operation of all facilities and equipment across the property.
This role is suited to a mature and highly experienced maintenance professional with a strong background in large lodge or hotel operations. The successful candidate must be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a busy maintenance department within a high-occupancy environment catering predominantly to international guests.
The property operates with a large team and extensive infrastructure, requiring a calm, patient, and solutions-driven individual who can manage pressure effectively, uplift standards, and introduce innovative operational improvements.
