Job Summary: Manages the daily maintenance operations of a 200 room NEXCOM Hospitality Group (NHG) property. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for developing, organizing, coordinating, executing, and supervising a comprehensive maintenance, repair, and renovation program at the site level. Provide input for short and long-range planning.
