Maintenance Manager (Ciudad General Escobedo)

We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Manager to oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations and processes of the company's facilities. Ensuring that all activities are completed effectively, safely and on schedule.

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation
• Schedule and assign work orders as well as proactive maintenance tasks
• Carry out inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Supervise and manage employees of the maintenance department
• Identify and implement proactive strategies that ensures efficient operations, in preventive, predictive, reactive and corrective maintenance
• Ensure operational efficiency of equipment and tools through timely inspection and repair
• Ensure all maintenance processes are consistent with industry regulations and ISO, SOP's, HACCP, OSHA and GMP standards
