Maintenance Manager - First Shift

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support safe, efficient production at the Macomb manufacturing facility. You will drive maintenance strategy, manage department performance, and partner cross-functionally to deliver operational excellence.

**A Taste of Your Responsibilities**

+ Lead and manage the plant maintenance function to reduce equipment downtime and improve overall plant efficiency.
+ Provide direct leadership, coaching, and development for the maintenance team, ensuring performance expectations are met.
+ Promote and enforce safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance across all maintenance activities.
+ Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, USDA regulations and GMP standards within the Maintenance Department.
