Opportunity Description
Our client is privately owned company with a new plant in northern MA. Due to growth, seeking a _Maintenance Manager_ to lead the Maintenance staff. Primary duties/responsibilities include:
+ Manage, train and a mentor supervisors along with their maintenance teams.
+ Ensure corrective and preventative maintenance is performed on manufacturing equipment to include installations and modifications.
+ May be responsible for facilities and surrounding grounds as well
+ Ensure working areas are safe in accordance with OSHA and SOP's
+ Provide reports to management and executives.
Position reports to General Manager.
Ideal candidates for _Maintenance Manager_ will possess the following:
+ Associates degree in electro-technology, military (technical) training and/or vocational/trade schooling.
+ 7+ years experience in a manufacturing environment or high-speed distribution center
