SUMMARY:
A luxury venue, accommodation, and events property in the Derdepoort area of Pretoria is seeking a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance, repairs, and property upkeep.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all facilities, infrastructure, equipment, and grounds are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a practical individual with strong technical knowledge and the ability to proactively manage preventative maintenance programmes. POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENT:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Valid Driver's Licence essential
- Sober habits essential
- Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality, lodge, guesthouse, estate, or property maintenance
- Proven hands-on maintenance experience
- Experience supervising maintenance or grounds teams advantageous
