Maintenance Manager, Pursuit Jasper

This is a full‑time, regular position with staff accommodation available. As Maintenance Manager, you’ll oversee all building and grounds upkeep, including guest areas, kitchens, amenities, parking, and staff housing. You’ll lead the maintenance team, plan and assign daily work, and ensure the property is safe, functional, and well presented in line with Pursuit standards.

General Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor Maintenance Workers; oversee performance and work quality
• Supervise all maintenance operations to ensure safe, efficient, well‑maintained facilities
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities with hotel leadership to support operations
• Prepare weekly schedules and ensure coverage for weekends, holidays, and peak periods
