Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for our client in the chemical manufacturing industry to lead the site Maintenance and Reliability function, driving asset performance, operational uptime, and cost optimization. The incumbent will oversee multidisciplinary maintenance teams and implement world-class reliability practices to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable plant operations. Role will be based at Jurong Island.

• Provide line management to Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), and Warehouse teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary maintenance and reliability organization.
• Manage in-house contractors and evaluate performance against service agreements.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Production, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders.
