Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and optimize maintenance operations at our Springfield, MO retort facility. This role provides direction, coaching, and support to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance while meeting key targets in safety, quality, and productivity.
