:The Maintenance Mechanic III is responsible for proficient maintenance related to HVAC and mechanical systems, electrical and plumbing, and safety inspections. Performs preventative, corrective, and routine maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment under general supervision. Responds to work requests timely and professionally and completes work assignments. This position is responsible for the installation and replacement of various maintenance related equipment and structures. The Maintenance Mechanic III may be required to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary and approved by the Supervisor.Education: ▪ Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent ▪ Preferred: Trade School in the mechanical fields Experience: ▪ Required: 3-5 years of experience related to maintenance/mechanical.
