About the Role
We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic III or IV to support a highly automated manufacturing operation in Mason. This role is critical to maintaining equipment reliability, reducing unplanned downtime, and supporting upcoming equipment and product changeovers.
This is a hands‑on position for someone who takes ownership of the equipment they work on, learns quickly in an on‑the‑job training environment, and is comfortable working independently across shifts with limited direct supervision.
The shift we currently have available is 4pm to 12am, and within 6 months the shift will change to a 12 hour rotating schedule on overnights.
