**Maintenance – Equipment & Tooling**
**Job Description:**
1. Maintain and repair injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
2. Maintain and repair molds with Manager direction.
3. Maintain facility as directed.
4. Performs equipment PM’s and necessary documentation.
5. Effectively manage schedule to maximize production.
6. Perform tooling changes according to Work Order 7.5_1 and Set up Sheet. Along with cleaning mold.
7. Safely operate a forklift.
8. Follow good housekeeping practices.
9. Follow all safety procedures ie Lock Out Tag Out, etc
10. Other duties as assigned.
**Job Requirements:**
Must have strong mechanical aptitude.
Must have ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Must be able to diagnose equipment issues in a timely manner and implement correct repair. Must have good math problem solving skills at junior high school algebra 1 level. (Calculators used.) Must have experie...
