Maintenance Officer

Responsibilities Manage and plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for freezer trucks, office building and equipment. Coordinate and liaise with our drivers, in-house Technician and vendors or contractors to carry out the preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Update and maintain servicing & maintenance records. In charge of filing GIA reports and sending parking offence appeal requests. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD.
Requirements Polytechnic or ITE graduate in engineering field with at least 2 years of working experience. Must be resourceful, able to work independently and communicate effectively with people at all levels. Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Possess Class 3 driving license. 5.5 days in a week Class 3 / Class 4 Driving License Preferably with basic knowledge & experience on any of the following:
