Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the maintenance team's daily tasks and schedules.
- Perform hands‑on electrical and/or mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Plan and carry out preventative maintenance on machinery, systems, and facilities.
- Supervise contractors and external service providers required.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Monitor maintenance logs, reports, and inventory of tools/spare parts.
- Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.
- Collaborate with production and operations team to minimize downtime.
