About Our Home:

Lynwood Care Centre is a warm and welcoming purpose-built nursing home offering a spacious and comfortable environment and 24-hour care and support for older adults. Our home is divided into several smaller ‘houses,’ where our staff really get to know their residents, allowing for a more personalised approach to the care we provide.

We are currently in search of an experienced Maintenance Operative to support our care home based in Ascot.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the building and equipment
• Carry out routine checks weekly, monthly, annually on systems in the home and ensuring that external checks are carried out within the agreed timeframe – e.g Loler testing
• Monitor and respond to the fire alarm call, boilers and lift.
• Make effective and efficient use of resources in any maintenance or repair.
• To conduct Banking and purchase of small items for the home.
