Looking for a hands-on role where your skills keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes? As a Maintenance Operative at Robin House, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, welcoming and high-quality environment for children and families. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering day-to-day maintenance across the hospice – from routine inspections and planned maintenance to reactive repairs and site upkeep. You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Engineer and wider team to ensure the building, grounds and equipment remain safe, compliant and fully operational. This is a practical, varied role where no two days are the same – from fixing defects and completing improvement works, to supporting compliance checks and working alongside staff, volunteers and contractors in a sensitive hospice environment.
