We are looking for a Maintenance Operative to assist in the day to day presentation and maintenance of our new, luxury development. You'll provide first line response to all building support requests and work orders raised.

As our go-to person, the one with the know of how to keep the development running like clockwork, you'll give technical advice and support, whilst also overseeing and carrying out fabric and minor repairs.

This role is a permanent contract, working 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis between 8am and 5pm.
