Maintenance Operative - Driver with Full UK Manual Licence
Join our hands - on maintenance team, working across Wirral homes with a fully equipped van and tools provided, while supporting other locations when needed. We're looking for someone practical, experienced, adaptable and confident working independently and as part of a team on larger projects. Main duties of the job
To support the Technology and Estates department with preparing and setting up new properties, including following fire regulations and health & safety processes. This to be completed prior to young people moving in.
To support the Technology and Estates department with dilapidation work of properties. This includes to make good, repair any damages, paintwork, removal of fire systems and report all maintenance issues to department manager.
