We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Operative to join our client based in Broughton, Milton Keynes. This is a full-time position offering a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and functional outdoor and indoor environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining the overall upkeep of the outdoor courtyard area
Keeping all external areas clean, tidy, and presentable
Cutting grass and carrying out basic gardening duties using domestic equipment
Carrying out general DIY tasks, including changing light bulbs and sockets
Supporting with general labouring duties as required
