Maintenance Operative - Proactive Repairs & Resident Care

HC One is looking for a Maintenance Operative in Gateshead to ensure that Residents live in a well-maintained environment. This role requires technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and solid experience in maintenance and housekeeping. The ideal candidate should be considerate and kind when communicating with Residents and colleagues.
