**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**Schedules and coordinates routine, emergency and preventative maintenance activities for the Facilities Department. Coordinates with vendors to ensure preventative maintenance items are completed and documented on time. Manages regulatory compliance, regularly uploads documents and maintains the online regulatory library with our compliance software, Complyos. Oversee preventative maintenance, work orders and associated asset inventory with our work order software, Engineering Central. Routinely performs audits and runs reports on productivity.
