+ Follow the client's Reliability Roadmap in support of the plant’s strategic and production plans

+ Stay knowledgeable of the latest reliability technologies

+ Apply engineering principles to eliminate downtime for new and existing equipment

+ Foster continuous improvement and enforcement of Maintenance Engineering Best Practices

+ Ensure responsive and proactive maintenance support to plant operating partners by helping implement sound work processes

+ Champion safety in every aspect of the position

+ Actively participate in Daily Standard Work, including Daily Safety Talks (Risk of the Shift), Daily Review of Production/Equipment Performance, and Maintenance Daily Briefing

+ Maintain a high level of awareness of their Safety Policy
