Maintenance Reliability Supervisor (Wood Products)

Step into a leadership role where your day starts with a safety huddle, a review of performance metrics, and a fast scan of priority work orders. You’ll guide a team of Craftsmen on your assigned shift, planning and executing preventative maintenance that keeps our mill running safely, reliably, and efficiently. Your focus: equipment uptime, disciplined work quality, and continuous skill development.

Lead safety and culture: Champion safe behaviors, coach hazard awareness, and reinforce risk-reduction practices. Build and train safety systems, ensure understanding and accountability, and formally review those systems at least once a year to keep them relevant and complete.
