Maintenance & Safety Supervisor

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Planning, management and control of corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment and machinery.
- Elaboration of operational and capital budgets for the department.
- Provide special support to engineering plant projects required by the company.
- Ensure availability of materials, tools and services for the execution of corrective and preventive maintenance
- Determine, recommend and supervise the proper use of industrial safety equipment to employees and contractors
- Be sure that all machinery and plant equipment are in proper operating condition and that they have safety devices to ensure the safety of the personnel
- Optimize resources for preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and avoid wasting tools, equipment and spare parts
- Ensure use of lockout and tagout procedures (LOTO) on machinery and equipment
