Receive Maintenance Repair Request Form (MRRF) from production Team leader, assess the task and assign technician accordingly to insure proper tasks distribution. Assist in troubleshooting breakdowns upon need and seek Production Unit Head support for critical tasks. Verify Maintenance Repair Request and preventive tasks upon completion to insure the job has been properly done and update Maintenance Log Sheet. Execute preventive maintenance tasks as per preventive maintenance schedule and assign tasks among his team accordingly to insure preventive maintenance is taking place on time. Assist production Unit Head in setting the scheduled Maintenance Plan. Coach new Maintenance comers based on the set On the Job Training (OJT). Assess and pre‑approve Spare Part Requisition Form in order to insure adequate spare parts consumption.
