Maintenance service engineer

Compensation: TBA Duties Conduct maintenance (Checklist Services) on CNC machine tools at customer sites throughout JHB, DBN, CPT and PE. Provide high-quality technical assistance to customers to ensure optimal equipment performance Work within a cross-functional team for excellent customer service Train customers to operate and machines to ensure maximum productivity Act as a Retecon and Puma Machine Tools ambassador promoting our products and work directly with customers during installations and repairs to enable their business success Document customer machine information and technical conditions and make improvement suggestions Requirements Machine Tool Millwright Technician preferred for this position Focused on customer service and quality Technologically savvy and have some electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience Flexible to enjoy frequent travel assignments Experienced in software and file management We o...
