Plan overall maintenance, installation, repairs, troubleshooting, technical operations, and training activities of Schwan’s specialized and patented production machines and equipment (e.g., noodle and dumpling equipment, steaming/cooling machinery, feeders, conveyers, etc.). Review overall maintenance test and troubleshooting operations in the facility, including production line functionality and equipment. Define maintenance process conditions and production line characteristics so that various frozen “Mandu” dumpling food products of the desired shape and quality can be customized, produced, and manufactured efficiently.
