Opportunity Description
Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd ShiftAssists and directs the implementation of design modifications, repair of production equipment, mechanical safety installations and maintenance of other mechanical devices within the plant. The individual will oversee production processes, installation of new equipment and repair of mechanically functioning equipment, including boilers, air compressors, refrigeration, wastewater treatment, process equipment and controls. Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Maintenance Manager, responsible for leading and developing high performance work teams that specialize in the installation, operation and repair of machinery used in production. Also, responsible for managing quality performance, cost parameters, and customer service for internal customers. Leads others on 3rd Shift.
