This role as a Maintenance Supervisor involves planning and developing maintenance operations across various properties. You will ensure timely completion of work orders and maintain compliance with all safety regulations. Collaborate with management to enhance property values while fostering high-performing teams and managing resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily maintenance and repair operations
• Ensure timely completion of work orders
• Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations
• Coordinate with management for program improvements
• Monitor team work and attendance for quality assurance
Requirements:
• Two-year trade diploma or relevant experience
• Three years of related work experience
• One year of supervisory experience
