Maintenance Supervisor

Position Title: Maintenance SupervisorLocation: Hartford City, IN Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 3:00 pm; subject to on-call responsibilities after fully trained.The Maintenance Supervisor is required to manage the daily operations of hourly maintenance personnel in a safe, effective and efficient manner in compliance with company policies and procedures.What You'll Do: 

Supervise mechanical and electrical team members to safely and successfully complete all tasks. 

Assist/perform work necessary to maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing and special systems

Assist the Planner/Scheduler with assessment, prioritization and assignment of personnel to work orders.

Inspect completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards. 

Ensure all work assignments are completed by established deadlines.
