**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Maintenance Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing all facility‑maintenance actions, providing technical oversight for both preventive maintenance and emergent repairs.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Lead day‑to‑day maintenance and repair teams for infrastructure, production machinery, and equipment.
+ Manage contractor performance and ensure timely response to emergency service requests.
+ Develop and execute preventive‑maintenance plans that support manufacturing operations and infrastructure reliability.
+ Ensure all personnel and contractors comply with company policies, OSHA, AQMD, fire‑alarm, NEC, and NEMA regulations.
+ Maintain safety, quality, and job‑performance standards for the facilities‑maintenance workforce.
