Key Responsibilities
Manage preventative and corrective maintenance activities.Prioritize and allocate maintenance work to ensure timely completion.Respond effectively to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.Ensure accurate completion of job cards, maintenance records, and downtime reporting.Supervise and support maintenance staff, including performance, attendance, and work quality.Maintain housekeeping standards within maintenance areas.Take ownership of the facility and ensure compliance with company policies, SHEQ, food safety, and OHS requirements.Participate in standby duties as required.
