Maintenance Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY:

Timber Products Company in Medford, OR is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for its Particleboard mill. The Maintenance Supervisor supports the Company in meeting its production goals by overseeing the mill’s equipment maintenance activities; ensures minimal downtime for equipment maintenance and repairs. Oversees, coordinates, and assigns work schedules for maintenance personnel. Oversees preventative maintenance programs. Ensures a safe and efficient work environment by communicating and managing Company established quality, production, safety, and human resource policies.



MAJOR TASKS:


+ Oversees all equipment maintenance and repair activities for the Medford Particleboard mill. Makes frequent decisions regarding maintenance schedules, priority of equipment repairs, overtime, and staffing needs.
