Maintenance Supervisor

Supervises building and vehicle maintenance, repair, and upkeep for Agency facilities and vehicles. This role serves as a leader in maintaining a safe environment, acting as an innovator to solve complex facility issues while upholding the highest standards of integrity and service. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partnership & Teamwork: Manages the maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle fleet; collaborates with all departments as allies to ensure transportation needs support the Agency mission.
• Integrity & Fairness: Procures competitive bids for repairs on CAA facilities and equipment, ensuring a fair, honest, and transparent selection process.
• Innovation & Research: Develops and executes a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for all vehicles, buildings, and equipment to exceed expectations in operational readiness.
