Maintenance supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, oversee, and control all maintenance operations, activities, staff, and assets within the division in line with company policies and operational objectives Ensure effective execution of preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance to maximise equipment uptime and plant efficiency Manage, schedule, and allocate work to artisans and electricians, including daily job cards, rosters, and task prioritisation Maintain accurate administrative records of maintenance activities and ensure timely reporting to management and stakeholders in prescribed formats Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to coordinate repairs, servicing, and statutory maintenance requirements Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations, including correct use of PPE and safe work procedures Conduct and facilitate regular maintenance and team meetings to ensure clear communication, performance alignment, and operational efficiency Monito...
