Maintenance Supervisor

Job Purpose : Oversee and manager all aspects of the maintenance team and upkeep of plant machinery and equipment. Work closely with production to identify maintenance needs and ensure the lines are running 24/7. Ability to use high judgement and expertise in maintenance demand and ongoing preventive maintenance needs. Keep and maintain all QC and PM maintenance records that are applicable to department.

Essential Job Duties (include but not limited to) :

• Provide oversight, leadership and training for Maintenance Department
• Managing all Plant fabrication for equipment and Continuous Improvement.
• Directing the maintenance and repairs to the Plant Processing Equipment.
• Insuring maximum system efficiencies for cost and energy savings.
• Manage plant ammonia system, regulatory compliance, alarms and repairs.
