Tasks
Mobilize, supervise, and support a team of electromechanics in a unionized environment to maintain a healthy and productive work climate. Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment availability and reliability. Diagnose technical issues and intervene promptly to minimize production downtime. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and plant productivity. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards within the team. Oversee building maintenance and coordinate work with subcontractors as needed. Use a CMMS system to plan interventions, analyze data, and improve maintenance processes. Perform any other related duties. Advantages
