Maintenance Supervisor (Santa Isabel)

Basic Function

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Shift Leader, is responsible for executing, following up and complying with the Plant Maintenance plan. The position is responsible for coordinating a group of people in order to meet the corrective and preventive maintenance program.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Assign daily activities to his team and supporting team members in daily work related events and problems.
2. Provides coaching to team leader- Leads KOS implementation- Support New Maintenance practices- Supervise and personally performs repair and maintenance work on equipment and machinery installed in the Plant.
3. Determine the need for equipment and machinery repairs and maintenance by inspection and by review of work orders.
4. Make and maintain all maintenance activities records and periodic reports and/ or data.
