Opportunity Description
Our Client, an Automotive company, is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for their Warren, MI location. Responsibilities:
+ The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising skilled trades employees in support of production processes; support related automation and controls of manufacturing operations; plan project operations and establish priorities.
+ Coordinate activities according to client.
+ Coordinate the operation and training of the plant's Total Maintenance System (TMS), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and plant schedules.
+ Possess a general level of technical understanding related to maintenance, time-based maintenance (TBM), condition-based maintenance (CBM), and dynamic maintenance (DM).
+ Influence the key performance indicators (KPI’s), mean time between failure (MTBF) of components and equipment in their area, mean time to repair (MTTR), as well as maintaining equipment at basic conditions and...
