Compensation Typical range $35.00 - $42.00 Summary The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall maintenance and repair operations of multiple fee‐managed residential or commercial properties. This role includes overseeing maintenance staff, coordinating maintenance schedules, managing vendor relationships, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of resident satisfaction. The position requires a proactive leader capable of balancing administrative tasks with hands‐on responsibilities across several sites. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and schedule work of on‐site maintenance technicians and porters. Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
