We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team covering Islington andsurrounding areas.

Reporting to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager you’ll be responsible for pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs, consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders, and with internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work to deliver according to cost, time, and quality standards.
