Job Summary:

Maintenance Technician – HVAC are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:

+ Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including but not limited to compressor changeouts, low voltage electrical troubleshooting, condenser and/or supply fan replacement, etc.
+ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, process air-cooled chillers, boilers, plumbing, compressed air systems, dock doors, and other ancillary nonproduction equipment.
