Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our multi-family community team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining apartment homes, community buildings, pools, and grounds while providing excellent customer service to residents. This role includes completing work orders, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring the property remains safe, clean, and well-maintained.

If you choose to live onsite at one of our properties, we offer a 20% rent discount . Candidates who choose to live offsite are required to reside within 30 minutes of the property to accommodate on-call responsibilities.
