**3rd Shift - Rotating Schedule: Sunday - Saturday - 11:00PM - 7:30AM, with 2 Days off a Week**
**$1.50/hr. Shift Differential (2nd & 3rd Shift)**
**External Candidate ~$1,500.00 sign-on bonus**
Demonstrate proficiency in maintenance and mechanical activities to ensure equipment operates safely, effectively, and efficiently. Perform general, preventive, and corrective maintenance, including troubleshooting, repair, modification, fabrication, welding, and overhauls of mechanical and electrical systems. Work with limited supervision, receiving guidance on complex or new assignments, and serve as a technical resource for less experienced employees.
