**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician ensures the efficient and reliable operation of high-speed and complex processing and packaging equipment. This includes troubleshooting, problem identification, maintaining, testing, installing, and conducting all mechanical repairs on processing and packaging equipment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform skilled journey-level electrical work required to install, modify, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair industrial-type electrical systems, commercial kitchen equipment, controls, and other complex equipment including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, robotics, motors, pumps, conveying systems, and cooking equipment.
+ Troubleshoot malfunctioning components of processing equipment.
+ Diagnose complex problems related to HVAC systems under general supervision.
