Maintenance Technician - Building Systems & Energy

CBRE Asia Pacific in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to medium-sized buildings and equipment. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems and conducting routine inspections.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma/GED and 1–2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary, along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
