Maintenance Technician- Control Technician

**Position Purpose:**

**To troubleshoot, maintain and enhance the accuracy, reliability and system control's data credibility of PLC and PC based automation systems. Effectively utilize building management system's interface tools and equipment to achieve efficiency. Communicate and partner with vendors, maintenance, and engineering staff.**

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ 50% Troubleshoots and repairs electric lift equipment, conveyor systems, as well as technical, mechanical hydraulic and pheumatic issues where needed. Understands and troubleshoots conveyor operating system logic
+ 20% Performs preventative maintenance as well as necessary modifications on electric lift equipment, conveyor systems and buildings.
+ 10% Provides equipment status report, including details of unusual maintenance problems.
+ 10% Follows all safety guidelines established by manufacturer, Home Depot, or government agencies. Adheres to all safety codes and OSHA standards
