Maintenance Technician

Job Title:

• Maintenance Technician Department: Facilities Compliance Department Supervisor: Facilities Compliance Director FLSA Status: Non-exempt Summary Responsible for the maintenance and repair of (1) structures, systems, and fixtures; (2) vehicles, machinery, and equipment, and (3) ROI grounds, by performing the following duties.

Duties Repairs and maintains the physical structure (exterior and interior) of all ROI buildings, systems and fixtures including but not limited to:

• Heating and A/C (including filters) General carpentry Painting Electrical systems (including all electrical boxes and utility outlets) Windows Tile work Flooring Walls and doors Water and plumbing systems Fences, gates, and walkways.


• Insures vacant units are made ready for occupancy in the timely manner (generally within three (3) business days), including repairs, cleaning and painting.
