Maintenance Technician (E&I) (12 hours shift)| New Pharma Plant | Greenfield

Jobscope:
Performs corrective and routine calibration activities for instrument such as temperature, pressure, level, flow, RH, analyzers and others (e.g. Sensors, indicators, recorders, transmitters, transducers, control valves, pneumatic system, annunciators, pH and conductivity meters).
Execute calibration and corrective work orders by adhering to maintenance SOPs and Work Instructions (WI).
Apply LOTO for LV electrical appliances to support maintenance jobs on rotating equipment according to job plans or Work Instruction (WI).
Carryout and coordinate annual or routine utilities shutdown, startup, swing over and instrument calibration, control valve servicing and inspection.
Promptly identify, troubleshoot and provide diagnostic of instrument failure to determine the root cause and carryout immediate corrective actions with minimum supervision.
Ensure that all work orders are completed and updated timely in computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
